Dee Ann Giunta, age 82, of Glen Burnie, Maryland, passed away peacefully on January 11, 2024. Dee was born in Baltimore to parents Sidney and Esther Taylor, who preceded her in death.
Dee Ann is survived by her Loving Husband of 20 years, John Ritchey, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and joy. She is also survived by Dear Children Terri Lisica, Tony Giunta, Timothy Giunta, Ted Giunta, and Tonya Neumeister; Beloved Sister Jean Einfeldt; 15 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.
Known for her vibrant spirit, Dee Ann had a passion for life that she shared with everyone around her. She had a special fondness for cruises, having embarked on 48 throughout her life. Her love for adventure and exploration made her a cherished companion to family and friends alike.
Dee Ann was a fashion enthusiast, often adorned with stylish hats and sunglasses. Her nails were always manicured, and she had great taste in fashionable shoes. Her style made her stand out, and she embraced the joy of self-expression – she was fondly known as “Miss Hollywood” by many.
Family and friends are invited to gather at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home, 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, Maryland 21075 (Exit 6 South off Route 100) on Thursday, January 18, 2024 from 3:00-5:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm where a Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, January 19, 2024 at 1:00pm. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park.
