Doris Helen Voith

Mrs. Voith was a working mother and spent many years as a school crossing guard in Anne Arundel Co. and Baltimore City. She also worked in sales for several retailers including Hochschild Kohn’s in the former Harundale Mall.

Doris lived in Fort Myers Florida for 22 years at Pine Lakes Country Club and Calusa Harbor Retirement Community. She loved gardening, singing and traveling. Mrs. Voith was an active parishioner at Catholic churches in Maryland and Florida.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Margaurite and William Allender, brother Howard and sister Margaurite Molnar. Mrs. Voith is survived by her twin sister Willis Blackburn.

Doris is also preceded in death by her beloved husband Clement, and was married for over 66 years. Mrs. Voith is survived by her three children, Darryl A Norris of Fort Mill, SC, Paula L. Ruby of Manchester, MD, and Garry H. Voith of Pasadena, MD, eight grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 3 from 11:00am-1:00pm at the Gary . Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park Inc., 7250 Washington Blvd in Elkridge, MD, where the funeral service will be held in the Vermillion Chapel at 1:00pm. Interment services will be held at Meadowridge Memorial Park, adjacent to the funeral home immediately following.
