Edward Eugene Koontz

Edward Eugene Koontz of Pasadena, MD died on February 18, 2014 at the age of 86. Edward was the beloved husband of Beulah Koontz and loving father of Carol L. Dennard and husband, Jeffery, Betty J. Tscheulin and husband Dale, Sharon K. Morris and husband Philip, Paul A. Langenstein and wife Marie, Robin M. Koontz, Donna J. Spoon and husband, Robert. He is also survived his deloved grandchildren, Shelley Young, Paul Langenstein, Jr., Amy Miranda and husband Richard, Dave Langenstein, Michelle Pecora, Chad Koontz and wife Melissa, Eric Langenstein, Heather Spoon, Nichole Tscheulin and Bradley Spoon, great-grandchildren, Robert, Luci, Jared, Karissa, Paige, Gabriel, Shaina, Kagan, Chloe, Adrien, Yvain, Hawk, his god daughter, Minnie Hornbaker, two brothers, four sisters, loving family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandson, Philip E. Morris, his sister, Anna, and brothers, Harry and Bud Koontz.

Family and friends are invited to gather at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, Maryland 21075 (Exit 6 South off Route 100) on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday, February 20, 2014 from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m., where funeral service will be held on Friday, February 21, 2014 in the Gary L. Kaufman Vermillion Chapel at 12 noon with burial to follow in Meadowridge Memorial Park, Elkridge, Maryland.
