It's been a year since GOD called you home.  RiP Gerri.  You're missed. ♡

You always like french fries and no salt . The reason why was because the fries are fresh and hot. Also you showed me to put lots of 🌶 on my ketchup to give it a better taste. Also soda with no ice. You love big mac or you use too.. when ever I get out of hand you always threaten to choke me.  You never did... when I was ever down
you always there to listen. I know never to make you mad. Come to think of it you were never mad for anything . We never disagreed ever......friends forever..

The first time I met Gerrie was at The HD. First day on the register, she pointed out all the cameras...lol 😆. So if you plan to steal 🤣 you will get caught.  I was like okay! But she did not know I worked for HD many years before...all good❤. I knew at that point I'm going to like her and she will like me. Gerrie knew how much I love Christmas. In May on messenger Gerrie said I know you're ready for Christmas 🤭😃 and asked how my grandson Jaxsyn was doing. Gerrie always smiled and was in good spirit, we had many laughs at work. Gerrie was my favorite head cashier. 


Godmothers have no wands or wings,  So they work with wisdom, love, and things.  

Having  taken on this role,  You loved me right down to my soul.

You offered kindness  and greetings with a hug and kiss,  Each freely out of love which I will miss.

I chose a star in the sky at night. To say a prayer for you to its bright light.  

You’re in Heaven now smiling down on us . Having you as a Godmother was always a plus.

 How blessed I’ve been, You were more than my Godmother,  You were also my friend.

I truly,  truly miss my favorite, loving, and fun cousin. When we were smalls girls. In Brooklyn,  NY,  we laughed a lot, talked a lot,  and shared our dreams together. My cousin was one of my biggest fans,  especially when I carried my son,  who is now 47 years old. One of my most and fond memories with Gerri was when I spent the night with her, living in Brooklyn, she woke me up and said,  "Lillian,  wake up, shhh. Listen to the rats running across the typewriter".  We listened and laughed all night until we fell asleep. Gerri was always there to protect me from Bullies.  My heart is 💔 broken. God bless my Gerri. 

I remember meeting Gerrie when I worked part time at Weis with her daughter. She told me I should work at Home Depot and I quit that job and went over there with her. She looked out for others and she always made people smile.  She was true to heart and told you like it was whether you liked it or not! And most of the time she was right! Lol
Rest in paradise, Geraldine! And keep that light shining on your son and daughter!

Even with her health issues she was able to work two jobs.  
May she RIP, she deserves it.  She is missed.  

Gerrie always had a smile on her face and she loved to talk. It seemed as if she never met a stranger. Blessings and love to her daughter and son. May God comfort you during this time.  ❤🙏🏾
