Glenn L. Richards, 88, Morningside House of Friendship, Hanover, MD, died 20 April, 2020. Born in Omaha, Nebraska, on July 12, 1931 of Bernadine C. Gold Richards and Orby K. Richards, raised in Audubon and Manson, Iowa.
Became an Eagle Boy Scout as a member of the Boy Scout Explorer Post of Manson, Iowa. Acquired BSEE and MSEE degrees at Iowa State (College) University (Ames, Iowa). Served in the U.S. Army Signal Corps 1953 – 1955. Worked as an electronic design engineer for Stromberg-Carlson telephone system manufacturer in Rochester, NY and in Lake Mary, FL. Moved to Florida in 1978, and later to Maryland in 2018.
