So with thoughts in mine and the word of God, our hearts are filled with sadness for you Ginny & the family.  Gordon was a good man, I've grown in the word of our Lord, he made everything seem easy and made me feel welcome in Sunday school class.  I'll never forget him, I've enjoy my visits at the nursing home, even though I didn't think he knew I was there, but through you, indeed he knew I was there., thanks Ginny.  May the Lord hold you and some how give you the strength to see threw these next couple of days, I'm Honor to call you both my friends.

So sorry for your loss. Ginny!  Gordon was a special man...one of a kind.  Fun, funny and very interesting.  most importantly, he cultivated a faith in God.  May God grant you his peace and you feel His love in the upcoming days.

Our hearts go out to Ginny and the rest of the family as you mourn the loss of your husband, father, brother and grandfather.  We never had the privilege of meeting Gordon, but have been blessed to be able to call Bob a close friend for some years.
