On September 24, 2017 Herman “Dutch” Henry Hofmann, Jr. of Fuquay Varina, NC formerly of Glen Burnie, MD passed away at the age of 83. Dutch was the cherished son of the late Herman and Ethel Hofmann; the beloved husband of Margaret Hofmann (nee Shafer); devoted father of Debra Hofmann Maslow and her husband the late David Maslow; cherished grandfather of Jason Ryan Maslow and his wife Suzanna and Jamie Maslow Gregory and her husband Brian; loving great-grandfather of Ryan David, Kara Grace, Luke Robert and Anna Claire Maslow and Connor Ryan and Owen Patrick Gregory; dear brother of the late Charles Hofmann.
Family and friends are invited to gather at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc. 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, MD 21075 (Exit 6 South off Route 100) on Saturday, September 30, 2017 for a visitation from 12:00-2:00pm and 4:00-6:00pm. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday, October 1, 2017 at 1:00pm. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the First Baptist Church of Lansdowne, 2320 Alma Road, Lansdowne, MD 21227.
