On Saturday, December 21, 2019, James "Jimmy" Whittle Keatts, III of Centreville, MD, formerly of Arbutus, MD. Beloved husband of 67 years to Grace E. Keatts. Loving father of Donna L. Murphy and her husband James and the late James W. Keatts, IV. Brother of Lee Smink, Elizabeth Keatts, William Keatts and the late Mary Fowler. Devoted grandfather of Larry Barford, Jr. and Jennifer Barford. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren Tyler, Jacob, Donna "D.D." and Dustin and many loving nieces, nephews and friends. By his side was his devoted and loving companions; Mickey, Minnie, Blue and Angel.
Jimmy owned his own plumbing company locally and loved the Ravens and Nascar racing.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc., 7250 Washington Boulevard, Elkridge, MD 21075 (exit 6 south off Rt. 100) on Thursday, January 2, 2019 from 3 to 5 pm and 7 to 9 pm where a Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 3, 2019 at 11:00 am. Committal Service and Interment to follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Elkridge, MD. If desired, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the American Kidney Foundation.
