Jessy was a vibrant, playful, energetic, intelligent, and kind-hearted soul. He was a beloved son, brother, and animal lover who lived life to the fullest.
Jessy served in the Army as an aviation mechanic immediately after graduating from high school. He was stationed at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, as well as in South Korea. After completing his service, he worked as a mechanic for the Metro in Washington, D.C., became a homeowner, and later founded a construction company with his father.
Jessy was an avid gamer, computer enthusiast, and car lover. He was also a vegetarian with deep compassion for animals and loved creatures of all kinds, no matter how big or small. He adored his four cats and hoped to one day have a pet cockatoo. In his free time, he enjoyed gaming with friends, working on his cars and motorcycles in his garage, spending time with his cats, and gathering with family and friends.
Anyone who knew Jessy knew that he always had their back, no matter what. He was always willing to help in any way he could and made everyone feel welcome.
Jessy was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He left us too soon, and his memory will be forever cherished. He is survived by his parents, Jose and Dinora Mendoza; his sisters, Emma, Norma, and Vanessa Mendoza; and his beloved cats, Mina, Mandy, Maggie, and Marlin.
