I remember working with Joan at Intuit and relying on her expertise and willingness to help as our team forged out a major order management transition at a young Intuit which was on the verge of becoming a perennial “Great Place To Work” software company in Silicon Valley. I’ll never forget how happy Joan was when I taught her how to use the new Microsoft Excel and its pivot chart feature. Joan taught me that helping others is what counts and Intuit taught me “It’s the People” that makes a company great. Thank you Joan, I hope to see you soon. Well done.
