On June 23, 2017 Joan Clara Kugler passed away peacefully at the age of 82. Joan was the beloved wife of the late Mr. Kugler and the devoted mother of Kimberleigh Hayes (the late Tony Hayes), Mark Kugler, Craig Kugler (Rolanda, Pauline Christopher (Steve, Pamela Hill (Dennis) and the late Gwynne Rossignol (Bill); loving grandmother of Michael Loetz (Jessica), Emily, Valerie and Eric Kugler; cherished great-grandmother of Trinity Loetz and Cassidy Rogers; dear sister of the late Jack Thanner and Lorraine Cox. Joan is also survived by numerous other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to gather at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc. 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, Maryland 21075 ( Exit 6 South off Route 100) on Monday, June 26, 2017 from 3:00 to 5:00pm and 7:00 to 9:00pm. A Graveside Service will be celebrated at Meadowridge Memorial Park. Interment to follow in Meadowridge Memorial Park.
