I remember Joe and Joanie from their days doing the Madison on the Buddy Deane show. Then, as a member of Bob Brady and the Conchords, Joe helped manage and promote the band thru our days of recording and playing with some of the top groups in music in the 60’s and 70’s. Great times and great memories of Joe , Ed Dejoy, Brent Gordon and the late Johnny Powell. Joe’s efforts helped create a lifetime of memories.

Joan, Dave and Jason ~ my deepest condolences on Jonas' passing.  He was the best boss I've had (he was passionate when he was upset with you and even more passionate as he cared for you). He helped me to define my career. The good memories and days of working at AIR will always be with me.  

I hope the fun and loving memories of Jonas will always bring you and your family comfort. Perhaps Jonas has picked up a ride on the radio airwaves!

' Joe and Joanie' were always our favorite couple when we watched the Buddy Dean Show after school because they seemed made for each other,, and we know the loss you feel is heartbreaking. I always wanted to be a deejay - just a deejay. I got into music programming out of "self defense". It was Jonas who, unknowingly, launched my programming career. Any success that I had as a music director and program director I attribute to Jonas Cash. What a great ear! My hero.

I loved Jonas energy and always enjoyed being the little sister listening when he shared his stories. Many happy memories of summer bbq’s. I know he will be missed by you all. Sending hugs from afar.  

We miss and love you Uncle Joe.  Though we did not see each other as often in later years, the memories of the times  we shared together will always be cherished and remembered.  I still remember so clearly the Colts playoff game on Christmas Eve 1977 you took Jelynes and I to, with Davey and Joey and what a great time it was.   It has always stayed with me and so many other times as well.  You will be missed very much Uncle Joe.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you Aunt Joan, Davey , Susan and family, Aunt Sue, Aunt Sylvia and Aunt Betty.

I will miss you.  You were one hell of a businessman!  One hell of a music man!  One hell of a golfer....well...kind of.  But, above all, you were one hell of a friend!!!   I'll see you in heaven.

As a young music journalist, I met Jonas on my weekly trips to Schwartz Brothers Record Distributors.  Jonas was one of several record company promotion men who worked there.  Over the years, I stayed in close contact with a number of the Schwartz Brothers promo men.  Jonas and I only saw each other a few times over the last three decades.  He was a friend to me when I was young and someone I will remember always.
