Kevin Francis Cooch, age 41, of Elkridge, Maryland passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2023. Kevin is survived by his Loving Wife of 14 years, April Barber; Beloved Children Colton and Harleigh Barber; Devoted Parents William and Debra Cooch; Dear Siblings Lori Riley (Earl) and William "Billy" Cooch Jr. (Jennifer); Niece Alyssa Wood (Austin) and Nephews Derrick Jones Jr. (Faith), Jacob and Ethan Cooch; Great Niece Delanie Jones; Uncle Donnie Welsh (Cindy) and Aunt Linda Stout (Kenny); Siblings Joey, Jamie and Fawn Cooch. Kevin is predeceased by Grandparents Charles and Hilda Welsh, and William and Mary Cooch.
