On Monday, October 3rd, 2016, Krystal Jade Phillips (27), of Columbia, MD passed away. Beloved daughter of Quan Harper and the late Diana Lynn Mullinix. Loving sister of Eric Henson. Dear granddaughter of Velma Alderson "Dee". Cherished Niece of Sherry Hortman and Paula Shearin. Krystal made the choice to save other people in need through the Living Legacy Foundation. By her death, she donated much needed organs and saved the lives of three people.
