Born in Baltimore, Maryland, on October 23, 1947, Linda lived a full, vibrant life defined by dedication, adventure, and an incredibly generous spirit. In August 2004, she began an exciting new chapter when she moved to California alongside her beloved husband, Woody, and daughter, Danielle.
Linda was known for having a huge heart; she was the kind of person who would give you anything you needed, even if it meant she would go without. This selflessness and warmth carried into her career. She dedicated 32 years of service to the United States Postal Service before retiring. The post office held a special place in her heart, as it was where she first met the love of her life, Jerome "Woody" Woodland.
Never one to slow down, Linda later brought her bright smile to Universal Studios Hollywood, where she worked at the theme park ticket booth for 18 years. A familiar, welcoming face to countless visitors, she continued working until July 19, 2026, when her health began to decline.
Above all, Linda had an adventurous soul and a passion for exploring the world. Alongside Woody and their cherished friends at Soul Journey, she traveled across the globe to numerous countries, capturing the magic of every destination through her photography and videography. Her documented adventures remain a testament to her curiosity, zest for life, and deep appreciation for the world around her.
