On Saturday, April 9, 2011 M. Charmaine Hughes-Hicks of Elkridge, MD. Wife of Michael R. Hicks, Loving mother of M. Cierra Hughes-Hicks, Delvin L. Hicks and the Late Michael Alexander Hicks and Michael Anthony Hicks. Loving daughter of Inell Snelling Hughes and the late Edward D. Hughes, Sr.. Sister of Kaari Hamilton, Gilbert W. Hughes, E. Donald Hughes, II, Terence Lenard Hughes and Anthony R. Hughes. She is also survived by a host of Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
