Mary Pearl Elizabeth Duvall, age 84, of Hanover, Maryland passed away on Tuesday, December 26, 2023. She was born on May 8, 1939 in Covington, Virginia to parents Floyd Knight Wolfe and Virgie Fridley Wolfe; She was preceded in death by her beloved husband James Duvall (2021). Loving mother of Mary C. Duvall of Hanover, Loretta A. Yarbrough (Kenneth) of Elkridge, and James Dale Duvall of Hanover; Dear sister of the late Maude Brookman, Joe Wolfe, and Edward Wolfe; Cherished grandmother of Roseanne (Danny), Heidi (Chris), Brandon (Rachel), Nicole (Justin); and great-grandmother of Khloe, Danny, Camden, Valerie, William, Charlotte, and Jane.
Her family and friends knew her by "Snookie" and "Sookie".
She was a breast cancer survivor for 16 years. She was a loving and caring person with a beautiful soul. She would help anybody with anything. She liked to do crafts, knit, embroidery and take care of her plants. She loved being outside on nice days messing around in her flower beds.
She loved her family unconditionally. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren were the apple of her eye. She loved playing with them.
The family will have a Celebration of Life get together at a later date.
