On April 4, 2014, MARY JOAN LEWIS (nee Gowl), 71, of Elkridge: , devoted mother of Robert J Lewis (Lisa), Deborah Marc (David), and Michael Lewis (Ginger).Loving Grandmother to Lindsey, Ben, Jeremiah, Igor, Natasha, Mary, Ahren, and Ali. Daughter of the late Mary and Emery Gowl, Loving sister to the late Melvin, Donald and Charles Gowl, survived by her sister Joan Lily and many nieces and nephews. Mary died peacefully surrounded by family and friends at home.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc. 7250 Washington Blvd. Elkridge on Monday April 7, 2014 from 6-8 p.m., where Funeral Service will be celebrated on Tuesday April 8 at 11:00 a.m., interment will follow in Meadowridge Park. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her name to St. Augustine’s School Annual Fund at 5990 Old Washington Road, Elkridge, MD 21075.
