Miriam Elizabeth Heil

On Thursday, November 20, 2025, Miriam E. Heil (née Allen) passed away. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Heil. Loving mother of Martha Jensen and Alan Jensen; Shirley Cole and her late husband, Chuck Cole; Joseph Heil and Danny Chamberlain; Edward Heil and Laurie Heil; Michael Heil and Laura Christenson-Stouffer; and Karl Heil and Yvonne Clary. Cherished grandmother of Leslie (Chris), Eddie (Mengning), Charlie (Danielle), Kelly (Patrick), April (Evan), Jakob, and Justine, and devoted great-grandmother of Evelyn, Ethan, Judah, Ariah, Calvin, and Ezra.

She is also survived by her brothers, John Allen and Paul Allen, numerous nieces and nephews, and many loving family members and friends.

Miriam had a warm, generous spirit and a wonderful sense of humor. She loved to laugh, and her quick wit and gentle playfulness made people feel instantly at ease. Family was at the center of her life, and she stayed deeply connected to each of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren throughout the years.

Miriam lived a life full of creativity, warmth, and an open-hearted spirit. She made people feel like family the moment they walked through her door. She loved ceramics, quilting, cross-stitch, and truly any kind of craft, filling her home with handmade beauty and heartfelt detail. She delighted in baking and food, classic TV shows, flowers and plants, and music — any of which would brighten her day and lift her spirits. She especially cherished her tiny mouse figurines and the cozy Christmas villages she placed lovingly throughout her home each December — little scenes that reflected her imagination and joy.
