On Saturday, July 2, 2011, Noel B. “N.B.” Francis, Jr. of Severn, MD. Husband of the late Margaret “ Marge” Francis; Loving father of Phyllis A. Bestpitch and her husband James, Deborah L. Ernest and her husband Joe and the late Michael D. Francis, Sr. Brother of Damaris Miller, Christine Barkclay, Harry and Robert Francis. Devoted grandfather of Noell Turner, Samuel Bestpitch, Beth Ann Everhart, Jason Ernest, Misty Francis and Michael Francis, Jr. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
