She was the beloved wife of the late Richard S. Duncan, and the devoted mother of David L. Weber, Brian S. Weber, Linda L. Martin, and the late Ronald G. Weber. She was a loving grandmother to Andrew Bailey, a proud great-grandmother to Nolan Bailey, and the dear sister of Peggy Helwig, and the late Libby Hullihen and Shirley Rodrigue. Patricia is also survived by many cherished nieces who held a special place in her heart.
Patricia found great joy in tending her garden, spending peaceful days at home, and traveling with her husband to island destinations they both loved. Her kindness, warmth, and gentle spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
