Activities: Bob loved sports but baseball was dominate all his 72 years; played it; coached it; watched it; enjoyed running with his longtime friend Ray Duncan's daughter Molly; playing card tournaments with the Duncan family and with his close church family (hearts and triple-play); long hunting and firewood trips to Grover's cabin and building and constructing McNey's wall of China "SR Architect Chief Grover"; Bob enjoyed his Cloverly 7-11 coffee but in 2009 Chick-fil-A became a favorite spot sharing his faith and wisdom to the staff and managers at his reserved table for oatmeal, coffee an paper; Bob loved Jesus so much that he wanted the world to know Him to; randomly praying and giving to people that needed help or just blessing them; Praying with Rob his prayer partner.
Community: Shared in Celestial Manna Food Ministry since 2004; enjoyed attending church and sharing his time with the children for Sunday School; yearly summer neighborhood volley ball tournaments, crab feasts, backyard barbecues, Redskin games, Christmas, New Years, and the famous pool parties, all taking place at Mayor Davis's house; head coach for Cissel Saxon Post 41 American Legion, Senior and Junior; pee-wee and little league teams; head of counsel for all local baseball tournaments.
Special moment: Jesus was the last word spoken from Bob on earth.
