Spencer passed away; Beloved husband of the late Shirley Spencer; Loving father of Diana Longo and husband Robert, Theresa Galicia and husband Joel, Louise Waddell and husband Kevin, and Duane Spencer; Dear brother of Joseph Spencer; Cherished grandfather of Jennifer Morris, John Staples, Kim Schmidt, Rachel Longo, Michael Freeman, Allison Kilduff, Amy Longo, and Keith Waddell and great-grandfather of Alicia Brown, William Brown, Devin Johns, Mekhi Butler, Elijah Butler and Braeden Morris; He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Guida Spencer.
Family and friends are invited to gather at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc. 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, MD (Exit 6 South off Route 100) on Friday, October 3, 2014 from 3-5pm and 7-9pm where a funeral service will be held in the Gary L. Kaufman Vermillion Chapel on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at 1pm. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park.
