Sheila Frances Biggs

Sheila Frances Biggs, of Elkridge, Maryland passed away on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at the age of 82. Sheila was born April 11, 1940 at home, to parents Edwin and Frances Cullen; Sheila was the beloved wife of the late Ron Biggs and the devoted mother of Diane Brill (Todd); cherished grandmother of Annalise Brill (Andrew); dear sister of Priscilla Cullen-McDermott, Patricia Shiverdecker (Jim), Donna McCauley, Dorothy Steinberg and John Cullen. A gathering for Sheila will be held Monday, May 23, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, MD (Exit 6 South off Route 100) and a celebration of life memorial service will begin at 11:30 AM.
