On January 16, 2011, VERNA RUTH PRICE (née Byron); loving companion of the late Thomas Flemming; beloved mother of Brenda Gaigler, Marie Jones and Shari Price-Mizia; dear sister of Ethel Herbert, Nancy Martin and Laura E. Byron; cherished grandmother of Charles, Raquel, Randy, Melissa, Christina, Jennifer, Joseph, Nicole, Ronald and Jeffrey; also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc. 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, Maryland 21075 (Exit 6 South off Route 100) on Friday, January 21, 2011 from 2:00 - 4:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm where a funeral service will be held in the Vermillion Chapel on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at 11:00am.
