On Monday, April 10, 2017 William "Bill - Pop" Arthur Cugle of Glen Burnie, MD, formerly of Ilchester. Husband of the late Anita "Sissy" M. Cugle. Loving father of Sheila M. Lange and her husband Bill, Bradley M. Cugle and his partner Gloria, Mike Cugle and his wife Patty, Michele D. Donaldson and Melissa A. Poe and her husband Daniel. Brother of the late Rosemary Gray and Francis Cugle. Grandfather of Jennifer, Amy, Monica, Lisa, Bradley, Nicole, Zachary, Candy and Brian. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren Huntington, Zara and Georgia and many loving nieces, nephews and friends and his devoted companion of 12 years, Louise Smith.
