On Friday, January 20, 2012, William “Bill” Reginald Teves, Sr. of Catonsville, MD. Husband of the late Gertrude C. Teves. Loving father of Joan C. Cash and her husband Jonas, and the late William R. Teves, Jr. and Frederick H. Teves. Brother of the late Thelma Merkel, Edna Hardesty, Henrietta Norwood, George and Herman Teves. Beloved grandfather of Valerie, David, Joey, Jason and the late Donna. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
