To the Storlie family,

I am so sorry to hear about Chris. I remember meeting Dana, Chris, and Cara in 3rd grade when your family moved a few doors down to my family on Mission Beach. We quickly became friends, and Chris, Dana, and I spent many afternoons on the beach and hanging out at your house. His smile was contagious. I hadn't seen Chris in many years, but the last time I saw him he was as positive, happy, and encouraging as I remembered when we were kids. I will always remember him fondly. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Chris.. He  was the most genuine,loving, caring boyfriend I've ever had. He was such a fun guy and always knew how to put a smile on the faces around him. I will always cherish the great memories we had together, like watching his favorite movies "Carlito's way" and "the taxi". Or the rides we had in the big semi together with popcorn in the back. :) He  will be missed. I'm glad to say I knew him so well, and he will always have a place in my heart. My thoughts and prayers go to his family.

Thank you everyone for your memories of Chris. I have so enjoyed that everyone recognized his giving personality and his magnetic smile. Please keep him in your prayers.

I feel a great honor to have known such an amazing man like Chris. I remember growing up he was like a big brother to me along with the rest of my brothers friends. But there was always a different compassion for whatever I was going through with Chris, he never talked down to me and always told me to "keep your head up snoose". I went to high school  with Chris. He was an amazing person! He had a huge heart and was loved by all. My thoughts and prayers are with the family as well as all that knew him. He touched many people with his kindness and friendship. He is missed and loved!

So sorry for your family's loss. I remember Chris as beautifil boy with a huge smile and sparkling eyes full of life coming to see DR.Vernie every summer for his yearly physicals. We were always so glad to see all the kids.

Thanks for growing up in this town! There were so many great times spent hangin out, fishin, campin, concerts, Mexico, and need I mention the beach? I have some great fishin stories from the years past that most wouldn't beleive unless they knew you. You were always down for whatever and always the best of friends. Rest easy brother you will never be forgotten!

Even tough it's been years since I saw you last I will never forget you. You had a way of making everyone around you so happy with that smile. Chris you touched us all in many ways. I know you are looking down from heaven right now. I pray for your family that god will give them the strength to get through this very tough time. May you rest in peace my friend.

I've known Chris since the 6th grade, I will miss him always. I can't tell you anything that you don't already know about him. He was an amazing person with a kind heart and beautiful smile and I will always remember him for those qualities. My most heartfelt condolences to everyone who loved and knew him.

Chris truly had a loving, sweet soul. He bettered everyone just by knowing them. He was one of those very rare people that lit up an entire room with his smile and energy. All I keep seeing is your beautiful SMILE. You were such an amazing person and I know you will be taken care of in heaven by all of our friends who are waiting for you. My heart breaks for your family, my thoughts and prayers go to you during this hard time. He will be "smiling down on us all."

I'll never forget those blue eyes and dazzling smile. I love how you always called me Tiff. I shot my first gun with you standing behind me teaching me how to hold it and what to do. I remember that time we went camping and you cut down an entire tree so we wouldn't run out of firewood. All those 3rd of July's spent sharing stories of trucking and fishing around the campfire. It feels too soon to lose you and you're already missed.  I'm so glad we got the chance to see you a month ago.

Chris, you were a truly amazing person and had that uncanny ability to light up a room with your smile and energy.  I have never met a more happy, outgoing and caring person before or since I met you.  We shared a lot of good memories together and I will miss you more than words can say.  You've left a hole in a lot of people's hearts with your departure from this earth and we will miss you every day.  I truly believe that you're up there smiling down on all of us and that we'll see you again someday.  You were a wonderful friend and I feel lucky for having the opportunity to know you. I truly loved "kissyfur" that was what I called him.. I'm going to miss him bursting through my door with that grin from ear to ear. Raiding the fridge for juice..showing up with 6 blizzards one extra just incase..he was one of my kids and always welcome in my home.. He ALWAYS showed acts of kindness to us I could go on and on..I'm going to miss the break your ribs bear hugs .. I send my deepest love to all the family members
