She is survived by her sister, Darlene Doyle; brothers, Jack and Bob Driver; and granddaughter, Kenyel MacKay.
Cremation will take plaDonna Driver Wyatt passed away on December 6, 2012 at the Kittitas Rehabilitation Center. She was born to Una and Ray Driver of Ellensburg on April 4, 1931. Donna spent her childhood in Ellensburg, graduating from Ellensburg High School. Donna was an Ellensburg Rodeo Princess in 1949 and Apple Blossom Princess in 1948. She was inducted into the Rodeo Hall of Fame in 2011. Among Donna's many lifetime achievements include being the first woman to get her private pilots' license from the Ellensburg airport flight school. She and her husband, Larry Wyatt, spent many years as rodeo stock contractors. Their business took them on many fun adventures around the western US and Canada. Later she and Larry left the rodeo and ran a taxi service in Ellensburg. Donna became the bookkeeper for the Ellensburg Sales Yard and there met many of her lifelong friends. Larry, Debbie and Connie have preceded Donna in their deaths. Donna is survived by her son, John Boston of Reno, NV, granddaughter Kenyel MacKay of Palm Springs, CA, sister Darlene Doyle of Port Townsend, brother Bob Driver of Montrose, CO, brother Jack Driver of Wenatchee, and several nieces and nephews. We will all miss Donna's smile and sparkling blue eyes. She will be cremated and her ashes interned with her husband and daughters at the Vantage ranch. Donna asked that any donations be made to the Ellensburg Rodeo Hall of Fame at 508 North Main, Ellensburg, WA 98926.
