Mima Lorraine Kent, 92, a homemaker, of Ellensburg passed away in her home on April 11, 2015. Mima was born in Forest, Illinois, on December 25, 1922. Mima grew up and attended schools in Streeter, Illinois. She enjoyed playing bingo, reading Louie Lamour Westerns and doing crossword puzzles.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Dora Ehlers, who lived to be 106 years old; and her husband Daniel Harrison Kent, in 1969.
She is survived by daughters, Dorothea Black and Anna Marie Kent of Ellensburg WA; and Debra Wessels of Temecula, CA; brother, John Ehlers of El Paso TX; 9 grandchildren, and 22 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at noon on Saturday, April 18, at Steward and Williams Tribute Center.
