Richard Allen Broughton

Richard “Dick” A. Broughton, age 83, of Ellensburg died at his home on July 3, 2015. He was born on Nov. 19, 1931, in Monroe, WA. Dick served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict. He worked for the Washington State Department of Transportation. Dick attended the Ellensburg Church of Christ, was a member of the Ellensburg Senior Center, and was a lifelong member of the Masonic Lodge.

He is survived by his sister, Debra Collins of Anderson, CA, and numerous nieces and nephews that he enjoyed spending time with. He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly; parents, Paul and Virginia Broughton; sister, Virginia Kletke; and brothers, Ron and Keith Broughton.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thurs., July 9th at the Ellensburg Church of Christ, 408 S. Maple St. Condolences for the family can be left at www.steward-williams.com.
