Audrey M Hacker, age 87 of Ellenton, FL formerly of Graterford Pennsylvania went to be with the Lord on December 17th, 2016. She is survived by her husband Lester Hacker of 67 years and her sons Bruce, and wife Lynn of Seagrove, NC, Gary and wife Lori of Graterford, PA, and Keith Hacker of Proctor, Vt. She was also the proud grandmother of Dawn, Caitlin and Reed Hacker and great grandmother of Mackenzie Wertman. She was a stay at home mom for most of her life raising her three sons and participating in the Perkiomen Fire Company Ladies Auxilliary, Cub Scouts, Red Hat Society and a member of Graterford Bible Fellowship Church in PA and First Baptist Church of Palmetto where she attended until her passing. When she did work outside the home she worked for Perkiomen Valley School District as a bus driver, she was a truant officer for the Spring Ford School District and at one time she was a tour director for Buddy Way Tours. Audrey loved life, she loved children and she loved the Lord. We would like to thank all of you who were part of her life. She will be dearly missed by all. Services will be held at Groover Funeral Home in Ellenton, FL on December 20th, 2016 In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Audrey’s honor to Tidewell Hospice 4151 37th St East., Palmetto, FL 34221 or American Parkinson Disease Association 135 Parkinson Ave., Staten Island, NY 10305.

Dear Keith,
I'm so sorry to hear of the passing of your Mother...I can't imagine such a loss.
Hoping that eventually you find comfort and peace in the many good memories that you have of your Mom.
