She is survived by her two brothers, Donald Hoy and Richard Hoy and their wives. Barbara’s five children, Gregory Keyt, Brenda Powers, Lynnette Barendse, Dianna Coats, and Shari Overstreet.
Barbara also left behind, 12 grandchildren and their spouses, 16 great grandchildren and their spouse, and 6 great great grandchildren.
Barbara touched many lives here on earth and will be missed by many friends and family alike.
A visitation will be held on October 4, 2025, from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm at Groover Funeral Home at Mansion Memorial Park, located at 1400 36th Ave East, Ellenton, FL 34222.
The funeral service is scheduled for the same day, October 4, 2025, from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm at the same venue.
Following the funeral service, a committal service will take place from 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm at Groover Funeral Home at Mansion Memorial Park.
