Brett Mathew Giddens, age 34, of Sarasota, Florida passed away on Tuesday, March 23, 2021.

Brett is survived by mother Penny (Joel) West and father J. David (Debra) Giddens; sister Alisha (Chris) Kromer, brothers John Giddens and Jeremy (Kathryn) Giddens; grandfather John W. Giddens, nieces Emily and Emmalee, nephews Christopher and Nathaniel, girlfriend Nikki Hartigan and roommate Davey Ruth. Brett was preceded in death by grandmother Katie Giddens.

A Memorial Service for Brett will be held Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Elwood Park Baptist Church. Contributions in Brett's memory may be made to The Bradenton Blue Foundation, https://www.bradentonbluefoundation.com/.
