I am sorry for your loss.  My prayers are with the family.  Her Grand children Joseph and Gabriella may not have seen her much but loved her dearly.  I can only hope she is looking down on them watching over them keeping them safe. ..... Catherine rest in peace

I will miss my dear friend, Cathy, with all my heart. I remember all the work she put into her classes I attended with my friends that she taught with such a passion. She was our Spiritual Leader of CCW (Council of Catholic Women) but also St.  Francis Cabrini Church. She made our retreats and taught our weekly bible classes. She made it seem so effortless. We all learned so much from Cathy. We even had a bible study in her home in the Gardens.  She had a deep commitment to the Dominican Nuns and heart was always with them. Her devotion to Jesus was profound and she loved the Lord, Mary and God with everything she did. She will be missed. As it was eloquently put in your eulogy, you were a SUPERHERO. I loved you, Cathy, God needed you, but we will all miss you. Marlene Yonko

We will say the Chaplet of the Divine Mercy for my cousin, Catherine.  We will enroll her with the  Oblates at the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows and at the Oblate Missions throughout the world to include Our Lady of Lourdes Shrine.

My Mother Irene Morrison Monaco was Catherine's Father's sister.  I lost contact with Catherine, but after many years Catherine found me.  Picture I am enclosing is the day she came up with John from Parrish to see us.

So sorry for your loss . My heart is breaking for each and everyone of you. Cathy was there for me when I lost my dear sister she sent me a beautiful pray shawl to help me through the most difficult time I had to face just as you are facing now. I wish we were there with you my family but know that our love and prayers are there in spirit. May God give you all comfort and peace during this difficult time. Rest in Peace Cathy your journey is completed.

Cathy was a dear friend, a wonderful Bible teacher who I learned so much from, unfortunately there was so much more to learn but God had other plans.   Cathy was such an active participant in St. Frances Cabrini Council of Catholic Women.  She would  volunteer to take all types of tasks but I believe she truly enjoyed being our Spirituality Chair.  She did such a beautiful job putting together many thought provoking spiritual beginnings to our monthly meeting but her talent was highlighted when she put together the day retreat in St. Leo.  It was her shining moment among so many.  I know she loved teaching her weekly Bible courses, you were innovative & creative when putting classes together.  You really made me think too hard after a long day at work, but you always made me figure it out. I loved you for it.  I will miss my dear friend, I loved you and no one can take your place.  God has you, please help me home when I need you. Love Anna

Cathy was a remarkable, spirit filled, inspiring woman . She & John got married on the very same day Tommy & I did. We always giggled about that. It was she who first approached me about starting a Small Christian Community to meet in my home, which we did. And 30 something years later, we're still meeting on Wednesday nights. I know that would make her very happy. We all loved her very much. I'm smiling to think of the amazing reunion taking place in Paradise! Helen, Bobbi, and little Anne all there to greet her! God bless you Cathy and thank you, thank you, thank you. Xox 

What a joy Cathy was in our Antioch community here at St William's. She was my predecessor performing the job I now do at retreats, playing the music recordings before and after each talk.
She mailed us the box that contained all of the tapes of songs and a list of all songs used on each retreat, referencing the years. 
Now we use CDs and ipods to play the music and the list of songs that she began keeping has been transposed to an Excel spreadsheet. We still have photos of her on weekends. Even one of her in a veil pretending to be a nun. 

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.
