Colleen Joan Hofferbert

Colleen Hofferbert was a resident of Bradenton, FL since 2002.  Colleen had 3 children, Dianne Morgan, Steve Hofferbert (DIL Debbie Hofferbert) and Clifton Hofferbert (DIL Vicki Hofferbert). She had 9 grandchildren and18 great grandchildren.  She was a minister's wife with her late husband Reverend Doyle Hofferbert for over 50 years in ministry in Indiana with The Church of the Nazarene.  She played the organ, piano, accordion in addition to other instruments.  She led the church choir, children's choir and teen choir.  She taught Sunday School classes and was involved in local and foreign missions.  She also was gifted with many more talents including painting many oil paintings, ceramics, knitting, crochetching, quilt making,created a family cookbook and published her late husband Doyle Hofferbert's biography.  

A Funeral Service will be held at Groover Funeral Home at Mansion Memorial Park, 1400 36th Ave East, Ellenton, FL 34222, US, on July 25, 2026, from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm.

A Committal Service will be held at Groover Funeral Home at Mansion Memorial Park, 1400 36th Ave East, Ellenton, FL 34222, US, on July 25, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
