Dorothy Ann Haywood passed away on March 2, 2022 at the age of 91. Dorothy was born on March 17, 1930 in Worthington, Indiana and was the daughter of Virgil and Anna Vandeventer. Dorothy was predeceased in death by her Husband Frederick L. Haywood, her daughter Rebecca Myers, her sister Susan Terhune, and brother Robert Vandeventer. Dorothy leaves behind to cherish her memories two daughters: Jillene (Gary) Bergeron and Carrie (Robert) Hannabass, eight grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
Dorothy’s family wishes to thank the staff of The Sheridan at Lakewood Ranch Memory Care, where Dorothy had been a resident for the last four years, for their loving care and service. They would also like to thank Tidewell Hospice for their support, guidance, and care.
The family is having a private burial at Mansion Memorial Park and will hold a family gathering on her birthday to celebrate her life.
