Eugene F Finn (Big Geno), 84, of Palmetto Florida passed away October 11, 2013. He was a loving husband and father of 6 children. After spending most of his life in Toledo, Ohio, being one of 10 children and having 6 of his own with his
wife, he and Lanore moved to Stockbridge, Georgia in 1986. The Finns retired to Florida in May of 2001, enjoying the friendships of many.
Preceded in death by his youngest son, Thomas Finn, he is survived by his wife, Lanore, along with his only remaing sibling, Gertrude Finn, also of Palmetto. Also surviving are his daughter, Terri (Nealy); his sons, Gary, Joe, Bill and Mike; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Groover Funeral Home, 1400 36th Avenue East, Ellenton, FIorida, Monday, October 14, 2013 from 6:00pm-8:00pm with a Mass at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 505 26th Street West Palmetto, FIorida at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, October 15, 2013.
