Born in Baxley, Georgia, Mr. Long is survived by daughter Ann Gilliland of Roanoke, Alabama, sons Donnie and Ronnie, both of Jacksonville, Florida, step-daughters Janie Gable and Wanda Lee, sisters Ruby Burden of Apopka, Florida and Mary Brooker of Bradenton, brothers Edward of Mill Springs, North Carolina and J. T. of Bradenton, as well as several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at 6:00 pm Thursday, October 20th, and Funeral Services at 11:00 am Friday, October 21st, both at Groover Funeral Home at Mansion Memorial Park, Ellenton.
