

Janice Mae Permentier Miller, 76, of Bradenton, Florida, passed away on November 4, 2025 after an illness.
She was born in Pana, Illinois on May 2, 1949 to the late Edmund F Permentier and Bernice L Fowler Permentier.
Jan graduated from Manatee High School in 1967 and went on to Manatee County Vocational School. She worked as a dental assistant for many years. Later, she was a private healthcare assistant.
She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law Loretta and Rick Irons, Lakewood Ranch, FL, niece Sandra Permentier, Normal, IL, nephew Scott Permentier, Bradenton, Florida, special nephew and niece Les and Marge Miller, Richfield Springs, NY.
Jan was preceded in death by her husband, William R Miller, brother, Kent A Permentier, and her parents.
Taking care of her home was always a priority. She loved traveling and day trips with her husband and family members. She enjoyed cooking and reading cookbooks. Her favorite color was red and could hardly wait to decorate for the holidays, especially Christmas. In her spare time there were no John Wayne movies that she missed.
A private Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a future date. Inurnment will be at Mansion Memorial Gardens, Ellenton, FL.
