Jay married his life time partner on August 20, 1999, they walked the path together for 30 years. He was a hard working owner of three businesses. He enjoyed hunting with his gransdaughter. Jay loved going on boat rides and taking his wife and granddaughter fishing.
Jay was preceded by his parents Jesse and Mary Elkins and brother, Brian Lee Elkins.
Those left to cherish his memory, his wife, Tina Elkins; daughter, Tabbatha May Elkins and granddaughter, Mykka Lynn Monroe; also his nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Jeffrey will be held Saturday, June 7, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Bayside Community Church - North River Campus, 9505 Moccasin Wallow Rd, Parrish, FL 34219. A funeral service will occur Saturday, June 7, 2025 at 2:00 PM. A reception to follow.
