I miss how you were always there for me and knowing you always had my back. I miss seeing you play with Jonathan and Stella. I miss your cooking. I miss how you taught John how to cook Filipino food. I miss giving you a kiss every time I would see you. I miss our talks outside on the lanai. I miss the long road trips when the two of us would sing along to songs just to keep you from falling asleep. I miss your hugs. I miss watching boxing with you. I miss seeing you watering your plants and vegetables. I miss how you always made me feel safe. 

I wish I could go on and on about all of the things I will miss about you. But what I will miss the most, is hearing you call me Neneng and telling me you love me.

I will always remember the love that you gave me and how you gave that same love to my children and husband. You will forever be in our hearts.

In  spite of the hundreds of miles that separated us, we had managed to  stay in touch by way of modern technology, over the phone, through FaceTime, and by way of Facebook posts from Auntie Irene, Cousins Banjing and Cookie. We will never forget your ability to be humorous in spite of life's challenges.
Through tears of sorrow and joy,  my mother, your Ate Tessie,  was consoled, when  you had received the  last sacrament of the Catholic Church.

I was a co-worker of Irene’s in Pensacola and I was having; either some tires put on my car or break work, one or the other and Mr. Jess picked me up and took me to work.  Will never forget the kindness, may he Rest In Peace.    

Dearest Unlce... I think of you everyday. I’m so blessed to have known you all these years. Not only you were my best friend’s father but I think of you as my dad as well. You were always so welcoming and loving. Thank you for all the memories. Thank you for being there for me during hurricane Irma. You helped me put up my hurricane shutters for my house. And I kept your motorcycle safe in my garage. I’ll never forget how happy you were riding off with it. I miss you so much it hurts. I miss your smile, jokes and cooking. Rest In Peace Uncle! I love you!

Lolo, I will never forget the time I met you. You had the biggest smile and you were so happy to be there roasting the pig with me. You taught me secrets on how to roast a perfect pig and those secrets I will take with me for the rest of my life. You inspired me so much about the Philippines that now I'm married to a  beautiful Filipina and I'm currently living in the Philippines. Now you're home with the Lord so it's not a "Goodbye" but it's a "I'll see you on the other side". May you rest in Peace my friend.

Your life with us will always be remembered.  You are the man who loved your family, loved your cars and bikes, loved fishing and fighting cocks and most of all you loved God.  Nanay is thankful that  you visited her last year. You are the best Lolo to my daughter Graz (Ging). You almost hit the jackpot at the casino when she brought you to Okada. We will never forget you. May you rest in peace with our Lord Tio Tik. We love you!

We were blessed by the kindness of this man when he gave us his beloved Goldendoodle.    We will always remember him with gratitude when  Spike joined our family and became Zeke.  I hope he knew that although it was hard for him ,  he gave us such joy and made a sweet dog very happy by that act of unselfishness.  Our prayers to the family.  RIP to this lovely soul. 


My fondest memory of Uncle Tikboy was when we visited them in Pensacola, Florida.  After seeing his backyard, I thought I was back in the Philippines.  It was so much fun seeing all the chickens, roosters , goats , lemon trees, orange trees, and his vegetable garden. He was so proud giving us a tour of his backyard.  He was such a great host, and a great cook.  But most of all, the next time we visited was at Cookie’s wedding and I remembered how proud he was and I know he was a great Lolo to all his grandchildren, was well loved by his kids and most especially by Auntie Irene . I’m so glad mom and I was able to see him last month.  You will be missed Uncle Tikboy. May God grant you eternal rest. 😇🙏💕❤️

We feel blessed getting to know Uncle Tikboy these past few years. He truly was a genuinely kind loving person. Always included my family in sharing his vegetable garden. The biggest and best tasting vegetables. I will always remember his big smiles and his awesome dance moves. Anything to put a smile on everyone’s faces. We will miss him deeply but I know you are now at peace and spreading your joy in heaven. Thank you for the memories♥️

Lolo. I'm trying to keep my head up, but I'm still in disbelief. But I know you're finally rested and watching over us♡
My most treasured memories are the summers we spent with you and Lola in Pensacola. 
You cooked, we devoured everything. You worked, we accompanied. You gardened, we played. We were scared, you joked around to get us to cheer up. 
Swimming, the puppies, the goat, and chickens. Everything was awesome. Every summer was never just the same. It rocked. 
You and Lola's were troopers with all of us kids.

Uncle Jessie is my best friend's dad. I spent a lot of time after high school at their house and there are so many memories of uncle to share. From him yelling at Jerald to cut the grass early in the morning, to stopping by during the holidays to eat his famous chili. My fondest memory was uncle making fun of our other friend, Mike, impersonating him and wondering why he never had a girlfriend. I dont think Mike knows about this. Love you uncle Jessie. We miss you! 

I will never forget you Tio Tik . You are so funny ...generous, kind ... I will never forget the last time we met.. your mind is not that clear anymore but when you realize that I am leaving you were  so insistent to get down and worried if I can make it home by myself. Kept on asking , are you sure you can... worried if I have money to go home ... he even asked Irene to give me cash 😂. I said don’t worry I will be fine ... til we meet again ...you will always be in my ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Jesse.   Had so much fun fishing and catching crabs? Loved the stories you told me of when you were a little boy in the Philippines  about how you would jump out of a tree on to a large fish in the water! Jessie always cooked for our work events and everyone in the office looked forward to it. Pancit will never taste the same with out him.  He will be missed! 

I am sad you left us so soon as I expect that you would still be around for quite sometime. I will miss my jolly brother-in-law and will cherish the old memories we shared since your boyhood.
