Our Dear Friend John,

It has been a year since you, our precious friend John went home to be with the Lord. There is not a single day that we do not think of you. You touched our lives with your kindness. The laughter that we all shared will always be remembered. Although this is a sad time for us, just knowing that you are not here with us, we have to rejoice in the fact that you are no longer in pain, and you are in heaven.
Sometimes I think that it seems like yesterday that we were all sharing a dinner together, and laughing and talking. It has been a year today. We still miss you so. I look around my home and see some of your precious things that remind me of you and Susie. I miss both of you so much. As for you Susie, we are so proud of all that you have accomplished this year. Your strength and determination. Your relocation to Ohio, was a great move and decision for you. Although we miss you so, you did the right thing. You will always be special to me. I love you so. I can promise you that I will never lose touch with you. My prayers are with you on this day, as I know your heart is with your thoughts of John. You have moved forward, as he would have wanted you to do. God Bless You my dear friend.
Love To You Always.

John is now in the presence of the Lord.
He has seen the river of the water of life. It is clear as crystal, coming from the throne of GOD and of the Lamb.
On either side of the river is the tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree are for the healing of nations. John is at peace now. No pain, no tears, no suffering. All the happiness that you have brought to his life on earth is even more magnified in the presence of the Lord. He is in a bright place, where there is no need for a sun or moon, because the glory of God brings it brightness. The walls are made of jasper and the city is pure gold, like clear glass. The foundation is made of precious stones, and we all know how happy that will make John. The first foundation being made of jasper, the second, sapphire, the third, chalcedony, and the fourth, emerald;
the fifth, sardonx, the sixth, sardius, the seventh, chrysolite, and the eight, veryl;the eleventh, jacinth, and the twelfth, amethyst. The twelve gates are twelve pearls: each one of the gates is a single pearl. The city street is pure Gold, like transparent glass. When the Lord welcomed John as he read his name in the "Lambs Book Of Life", he said welcome home my dear friend and faithful servant.
John is in a beautiful place and he is smiling down on you Susie. He loved you so and still does. You were a team, a match made in heaven as they say. You will be reunited one day, and he will have so much to tell you. He will show you around. You will have so much to tell him as well, as you have so much life ahead of you and so many wonderful memories still to be made.
I can hear him saying to you, "Now Susie, let me interupt you for just a minute." Then you will both complete your story. We love you Susie, and will be here for you whenever you need us, probably even when you don't. You are a dear friend and we cherish you.
You will forever be in our heart and we look forward to all the good times that we will have together.
We share you sadness. I promise to bring a smile to your face. We love you so.
