Mrs. Marie H. Francois, commonly known as "Mommy", of Palmetto, Florida went on to be with her Lord at the age of 73. She was in Haiti with her beloved husband and one of her children. Born on January 14, 1940 in Carcasse, Haiti, "Mommy" married her true and lifetime love, Reverend Luc Francois, with whom she had 11 children. "Mommy" is survived by her husband, Rev. Luc Francois, 11 children and stepchildren; 3 sons-in-law, 2 daughters-in-law, and 20 grandchildren. Additionally, she is survived by 4 sisters; 5 brothers, and the countless nieces and nephews and family members who will forever cherish her memory.
The family will be receiving guests on Friday, August 9, 2013 at First Biblical Baptist Church from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The celebration of Mrs. Marie Francois' life will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Palmetto, located at 1020 4th Street West, Palmetto, Florida, 34221.
