Browning. She passed on September 29th. She spent most of her early school years living in Hillsboro, OH before moving to northern Ohio where she received her BS in Education from Ohio State University and her Masters Degree from Kent State. Pamela married James McCarthy in 2001 and they relocated to Ellenton, FL, where she was a Special Education teacher at Palm View, Orange Ridge - Bullock and Rogers Garden elementary schools until her retirement in 2014. She continued to volunteer as a Teachers Aid at several schools for years after that.
Pamela loved working with younger children, especially those that needed extra help and attention.
Pamela leaves her husband James, a sister Patricia Miller of Piedmont, AL, daughters Leah Rietveld of Riverview, FL, Sera Lavelle of Tampa, FL, a son Matthew Lavelle as well as six grandchildren.
