We were so sorry to hear about Dick's passing and equally sorry that we could not go to the service you had. Please know that we are praying for you Kathy as well as the rest of your family. We will never forget how you made us feel like family when we first met you with Trixie, our dog. We love you. Dick will never be forgotten. Our memories of him will keep him alive in our hearts. We'll be around with Trixie. I took this picture from the train I was riding at Ridge a few years ago.

I am so very sorry for your loss Kathy (Mom), Brenda, Chrissy, Amanda and Lorrie. I was blessed to be able to call you Dad and Mom for 30 yrs. I will miss Dad being around when I run into you at Sams Mom. You both accepted me into your family when Brenda and I became best friends all those years ago. I know that words can not express how very sorry I am or make it any easier for you. Know that I will always be here if you need me. And I Love you very much. You are all in my thoughts and prayers to help you thru this difficult time. I love you Mom. RIP Dad. Your body is gone but your spirit lives on thru all you did. You will never be forgotten Dad.. Love you.

It’s hard to put in words how much your friendship meant to us over the years. We loved going on our group motorcycle rides on Sundays, cookouts at your house and going to different motorcycle events across the state, stopping along the way for yard sales. Can’t pass up a yard sale...our kind of people.
Even after we moved to Indiana we never forgot our buddies. Kathy, know you are in our thoughts and prayers. God bless Dick...

I loved when him and I would sit on the front porch and just watch the cars drive by. When we played Mexican Train dominoes against grandma and he would always help me win, then the occasion when grandma would win. I always looked forward for when they came up every summer. I would always tell my mom that i couldn't wait for them to come up. He will forever be in my heart no matter what and he will be dearly missed by his family here in Illinois. I LOVE YOU GRANDPA
