He is survived by his precious mother Fernande V. Mullins, his loving wife Tana, a son Justin Mullins and daughter Jenna Stem (son in law) Tyler Stem who gave him two precious granddaughters. Roger also left behind an uncle and many cousins and many, many friends who all love him dearly. Roger was a veteran from the Navy. Roger was a block mason, and his work ethics have passed on to his children. Roger was a very loving husband and father, nothing got in his way of family, Roger had a remarkable soul, who enjoyed making people laugh and treated everyone with dignity. We will miss you dearly until we see you again
A Celebration of Life service for Roger will be held Saturday, March 8, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Horse Creek Camp Venue, 8491 State Road 64 W, Ona, FL 33865.
