She was born on September 26, 1940 in Worcester, Massachusetts to Frederick Rowley and Norma Kenrick Rowley. She lived in eastern Massachusetts until moving to Bradenton in 1982. Sandra's life passions were her career as a registered nurse and her family.
She is survived by her husband David Tyler, her sons Scott (of Palmetto) and Frederick (of Bradenton), her sister Geraldine Rowley-Ryan (of North Adams, Massachusetts), two grandsons, Jonathan and Micah, and many other extended family members and loved ones.
Visitation will be Monday, December 16th at 10 am, followed by Celebration of Life service at 11 am. The services will be held at Groover Funeral Home at Mansion Memorial Park, 1400 36th Avenue, East in Ellenton.
