Survived by his five children: Faye (Randy) Groth, Craig (Alison) Tobias, Kim (Lionel) Lehman, T. Neal (Patti) Tobias and JoEllen Tobias, special friend Arlene Stultz, 7 grandchildren: Mark, Marion, Shane, Victor, Andrea, Jonathan and William, 13 great grandkids and one sister Marlene Keller.
Toby was in the navy and served in WWII. He was a hard worker and in his lifetime owned several businesses. He loved to travel and had a great sense of adventure. He loved to know how things worked and was always thinking how things could be improved which led to many inventions with patents. Toby had a lot of stories to tell and loved making people laugh.
