God called upon Vera Renate Pinkus to heaven unexpectedly on June 5th 2024 at the age of 72 while watching her favorite shows and crocheting gifts.
Vera immigrated from Bad Kreuznach, Germany and retired to Bradenton, FL. from Jewel Osco in Alsip, IL.
She is survived by her brother Alfonse Pinkus and sister Linda & Jim Long. Her children Vincent Pinkus, Denise Pinkus Holden, Donna & Todd Pinkus, Beatrice & Kelly Pinkus - Vobroucek. Her grand children Kyle & Norma Pinkus - Macias, Nina Fricke, Brad Fricke Jr., Madison Fricke, Shannon Fricke. Her great grandson Elias Pinkus - Macias.
Vera's favorite things to do was talk to her family and watch Survivor and Jurassic Park. She was looking forward to meeting her great grandson in person and seeing the family come together later this year.
She loved being outdoors when possible and wished she could see a dolphin in the wild.
Our beloved Vera was a light in this world and always had positive words of wisdom to share. She loved us bunches and would always say "Be kind to one another:"
